Systems analysis
Understand before building.
Stakeholder interviews, document and form review, AS-IS / TO-BE process models, BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
ERP implementation
Odoo · F.A.S.T PRO.
Configuration, chart of accounts, access rights and data migration — mapped to the processes the business has signed off.
Custom module development
Fill the gaps, not the backlog.
Odoo modules in Python and OWL for the workflows standard apps don't cover: vehicles, payroll, expense vouchers, branded print-outs.
Data & reporting
Numbers you can act on.
Management dashboards, revenue-versus-expense reporting with drill-down to source entries, receivables and Excel exports.
Training & go-live support
Confident users from day one.
Role-based user guides, UAT scripts, on-site training and hands-on support through the first weeks of live operation.

About
I'm a Systems Analyst focused on ERP implementation. I take a business from paper forms and spreadsheets to Odoo — designing the processes, writing the custom modules and migrating the data — and I'm currently rolling out F.A.S.T PRO on the web. I work alongside accountants, storekeepers and front-line staff until the system runs every day without me.
