The engagement

Alongside the Odoo work, I'm implementing F.A.S.T PRO, a multi-tenant web platform from Softek, for the businesses I support. It builds on my earlier F.A.S.T ERP work in logistics, where operational documents and accounting had to reconcile with what actually happened on the ground.

Approach

  • Map each department's process from order intake to invoicing and collection, and agree a single set of master data and document templates.
  • Configure the tenant: menus, roles and permissions, numbering and approval steps.
  • Migrate opening balances and master data, then run scenario-based UAT with key users.
  • Role-based training and a parallel-run period before full go-live.

Goal

Data entered once, used by both operations and accounting; receivables reports management can trust; and a browser-based system staff can use from anywhere.
